What’s the minimum order for corporate events?
For delivery and installation anywhere in our service area, our minimum is $500. This covers delivery, setup, and breakdown. For smaller office celebrations or pickup orders, we can work with smaller budgets — contact us to discuss.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. We work from Pantone references, hex codes, or even photos of your brand assets and source balloons that match as precisely as possible. We use premium balloon suppliers and carry a wide range of colors in inventory.
How far in advance should we book?
For grand openings and product launches, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks out. For larger gala-scale events, 6–8 weeks gives us the most flexibility for design and sourcing. That said, we’ve accommodated corporate rush requests — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you travel outside New Jersey?
Yes. While Central NJ is our home base, we regularly work throughout New Jersey and have traveled to New York, Pennsylvania, and other states for larger corporate clients. Dori is available for corporate events nationally.
Can you incorporate our logo or custom elements?
Absolutely. We can integrate logo shapes, custom colors, and branded elements into arches, balloon walls, and centerpieces. Logo integration typically requires a bit of lead time for custom fabrication — discuss this with us early in the planning process.
